And when I am not doing any UX related activities, I enjoy...
Exploring and emerging in different art and cultures through traveling.
Getting in touch with my creative side through drawing and abstract painting.
Decompressing, staying fit and grounded with hiking and yoga.
Turning my apartment into a home with intentional interior design pieces.

I am passionate about what I do and enjoy connecting with other designers—sharing knowledge and experiences as we navigate this ever-evolving industry together.
As a self-taught UX designer, I had to be proactive in finding the right resources to learn and grow my career. At times, it was overwhelming, but I was fortunate to have mentors who provided guidance early on. With passion, determination, and strategic planning—along with the support of incredible mentors—I was able to shape my path and get to where I am today.
And now I enjoy giving back by supporting aspiring, junior and senior designers, helping however I can I can to make their journey a little easier—whether through 1:1 mentorship or participating in college annual portfolio reviews.

✨Bonus✨
As my co-worker said “... she seems to always find a way to simplify the visual expression of the use case by asking “just one more question.”” (when he knew it was never one).
So, I have to admit that I ask a lot of “why” questions behind the “what”.

Empathy extends beyond users to my teams by understanding different perspectives, and ensuring every voice is heard to foster thoughtful and respectful collaboration.

Taking initiative improves my efficiency and problem-solving–whether by offering help, initiating collaboration, or identifying gaps and opportunities in both design and team collaboration.

I believe ambiguity isn’t an obstacle—it’s the raw material of meaningful design. Clarity emerges when we focus on the ‘why,’ not just the ‘what.’

Hi, I’m Nana 👋
Hi, I’m Nana 👋
I’m a Senior UX Designer who is always fascinated by all things design and human psychology.
That interaction led me to product design—where I could combine empathy and insight into human behavior with strategic thinking and a holistic mindset to create meaningful, human-centered experiences.
With my background in graphic design, I merge visual design principles with user-centered approach to craft intuitive solutions that turn complexity into simplicity.
I thrive in environments where design has a real impact. Whether refining existing experiences or creating new ones, I approach design with an evidence-based mindset, system thinking, and collaborative alignment of diverse perspectives to ensure that design decisions are thoughtful and impactful.
